what they are saying

Cheryl Payne

"My physical therapist recommended massage therapy after treatment of my frozen shoulder was no longer producing results. After just one massage therapy session with Katherine, I experienced great relief and increased mobility in my shoulder.  Subsequent treatments have resulted in increased results."

Valerie Melton

Katherine does an amazing job. She is very informed and intune to her client's needs. I suffer from Lupus (SLE)  and Fibromyalgia.  Massage can be an excellent form of therapy when executed carefully. When I came to my appointment I was surprised to learn the extent of knowledge that Katherine had of SLE and Fibromyalgia. She was extremely welcoming and kind, creating a very calming atmosphere that set me at ease right away. Katherine did an amazing job releasing the knots in my back neck and shoulder areas as well as relaxing the muscles in my legs, which suffer from chronic muscle spasms, without any of the bad aftereffects

Alisa Woodbury

I started seeing Katherine early in my pregancy.  Massages helped with the nausea early on, as my pregnancy progressed, I had low back pain and shoulder and neck pain.  Massages with her always left me feeling restored, relaxed and pain-free.  Throughout the various stages of my pregnancy, Katherine was able to ease my discomfort and remind me that my body can feel good.  I always felt like I was in good hands with her and I highly recommend Katherine for prenatal massage.

Capri Lathrop, Reiki Master Teacher, Womb Wisdom Keeper

"Katherine offers nourishing touch combined with effective technique. She has provided me with potent session work on numerous occasions, and an especially healing session was when I was 2 weeks postpartum and post surgery after a c section. My entire body ached before we began, and afterwards I felt like a new person. I truly appreciate her therapeutic approach and her deep knowledge and skill set, which speak for themselves when you are on her massage table. I highly encourage others to seek relief with Katherine’s massage offerings - you will be glad you did!"
