ABOUT ME

I am an enthusiast of all things outdoors from running to hiking to kayaking to gardening and I've experienced overuse and accident related injuries.  As an LMT, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and alternative options, while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
